Check in
It is very hard to check in when the flights are not operated through delta. You can not view or change seats or you can not upgrade. There should be a system where we should be able to do all these changes through Delta app.

Crashing and technical issues
Everytime I try to book a flight on the app it always crashes and is always having some issue. You might as well try another airline because Delta clearly doesn’t care.
Bag Updates!
Checking my bags always gives me anxiety, but the app lets you know exactly when the bag gets onto the plane, and when it gets onto the baggage claim belt. It definitely eases my nerves and I love it🙂↕️
iPad Bug - App does not function
Trip section does not work on the iPad it constantly crashes
Vouchers and guest passes no longer accessible in the app
I use the app frequently and it generally works well. However, in recent weeks, I am no longer able to access drink vouchers, or Sky Club guest passes in the app, although I can see them online. I have called the Diamond medallion line to point this out, but nothing seems to have been fixed. Please fix this glitch!
Crashes on IOS 18.1.1 - unusable
As others are saying, it crashes consistently on iPad running IOS 18.1. Tried deleting and reinstalling - same result.

Doesn’t include gate number on ticket
Check-in is fast, but the tickets in wallet don’t include the gate, so you need to check the app to stay up to date with gate changes. Not helpful.
