Fly Delta

I find the Delta app easy to navigate my way through all the options. It is not complicated or misleading.

Registration is lengthy and cumbersome. You can not check in baggage if you pay with a non-US Credit card. I tried Visa and Mastercard but received only obscure error messages.

I travel a lot, and have KLM gold status and United 1K, but often select KLM and Delta due to well integrated apps/systems

Doesn’t allow changes to account, foreign phone number. Error message when attempting to pay for additional baggage.

More bugs than a termite mound. I can honestly not believe that anything is this bad in 2021. It is absolutely impossible to check in. Delta does not deserve to be solvent.

The app is really handy when traveling. All your info is in one place, and you can save tickets to offline. It’s simple and easy to use.

After flying with delta 2 times, i think its a horrible airplane company. They charge extra for everything, and seat change is close to impossible. I dont understand why they need to make it that hard to change seats?!

App locks location services active at all times. Restart/reinstall does not help. Did work before the latest update.

The app is ok but it doesn’t show any information when in flight and not have internet. Most airline apps store information offline and don’t require a login every single time to show the information.

I’m disappointed that Delta does not award mileage points if you travel on basic. The message that comes across is you haven’t flown. I respect and understand the different types of accommodations in an aircraft and it’s fees. However, regardless where you’re sitting you are flying from point A to B. Accruing mileage points every traveler looks forward to, it feels you’re being penalized for purchasing a seat in Basic Economy and not in main cabin. I hope that you will take my comment into consideration. I know I’m not the only one feeling like this.
