Flights don’t show up many times. Remains in ‘loading mode’ for long periods of time (it happened while asking for service at the desk) it’s inefficient and a badly built app. Not user friendly, many steps to get to your ticket, which should be one of its first most important functionalities (when it loads)
Denied my request to create a user profile, after all the information had been added. No reasons why. Told me to try again later.
Server not responding error. Tried again today and again wasted effort to enter all my details. Useless!
The scanning system is a failure
Always on time at the best price. Most destinations in the US
….that just about sums up the initial impression of this app. I have not even gotten to trying out the actual functionality….and it seems I won't. Delta's own web-site says that they have phased out the PIN….while their freshly downloaded app requires one….
