I fly a lot, but have never not been able to add a hold bag when booking. App is far to complicated. Look at Aerlingus app. Very user friendly. The simpler it is to book, the more happy customers you have. Simples.

Best Airline app
This app is a total game changer for airline travel! It’s so easy to use and makes your journey so much easier to navigate. Well done Delta!
Complicated to use
Too complicated beware of delta, a poor airline

Easy to use app - very practical
Not as useful as it could be
I have to log in via browser and then have the app opened for me because I can’t log in on the app directly. It’s a bit irritating. And not being able to download the boarding pass is not always convenient if an airport doesn’t have WiFi.
Selection on seats on second flight
Traveling with family of four. Fight flight the selected seats were all together, second flight all seats are randomly selected throughout the flight.. only options to sit together is to pay.. separating kids from parents is ridiculous
Delta App
Was a good app and very useful but since the latest update it constantly crashes at login screen. Useless in its current state.
Dublin-Paris-Atlanta-Santiago depart tomorrow
Terrible experience, The log-in flow did not work, it asked for a password hint update but the input field has a bug which disallows you from progressing I retrieved my booking manually for check-in as a guest user, it says I can check-in but bombed out on attempting to do so. Seat selection also had an issue when attempting to display for my flight Most definitely a 1* experience.
Delta App
Looks pretty neat. Great for searching for flights but a pity you can't book direct from the app. Hopefully Delta will add this ability seeing as how you have to be a Skymiles member to use it.
