Es impresionante la nula empatia de esta aerolinea. Primero, estando en el aeropuerto, nos aplazan el vuelo por 3 horas, y para el final del dia nos dice que se cancelo completamente y que tenemos que volver al siguiente dia. Nos llevaron a un hotel con transporte y todo, y hasta ahi la molestia era mucha pero son cosas que pasan. Al siguiente dia llegamos al aeropuerto y el vuelo se atrasa otra vez 2 horas, lo cual resulta que en mi vuelo de conexión lo pierdo por culpa de la aerolinea de nuevo y por su nula capacidad de ponerme otros vuelos, los cuales estaban disponibles, pero que prefirieron poner la solución más fácil en lugar de actuar al momento de acuerdo a lo indicado. En resumen: 2 dias volando seguidos, sin la capacidad de que ellos puedan ayudarme a hacer la conexión correctamente, cuando se les pago para hacer eso. Nunca vuelen con esta aerolinea.

Pase de Abordar
La aplicación no te permite ingresar lis datos de visa B1 B2, por lo causal no puedes tener tu pase de abordar en esos casos.
Horrible servicio
Perdieron todos mis vuelos, la aplicación es horrible para navegar y su empleados son de lo peor.
