Crooked driver
Driver did not pick me up but charged for the ride.
Escroquer
Used once in Rome. Announced price was max 12€. Taxi driver asked me to pay 22€ in cash, took my smartphone and canceled the reservation. Taxi didn’t have any counter in his cab. I uninstalled the application after this first experience.

Ingewikkelde registratie
Ik installeer de app in Spanje met een BE telefoon, geïnstalleerde taal is enkel Spaans en kan het niet veranderen voor een telefoonnummer te verifiëren. Dan wil ik door het proces geraken van telefoon registratie maar de sms wordt nooit verzonden. De andere optie waarbij ze je bellen werkt ook niet. Je wordt gebeld en rechtstreeks de verbinden verbroken. Internet maakt het leven makkelijker? 😅
Arnaques - fraud
À Rome - Ne pratique pas le tarif indiqué, ou le taxi demande en plus un paiement supplémentaire At Roma - Charge 50% more than the maximum expected without any explaining or try to charge you twice by cash or doesn’t show off
Does not work
Taxi will come with a probability 50 %. Sometimes they just don’t work.
