Fate ridere. Con la mail con la quale sono registrata è impossibile ricevere un reset della pw. Registrandomi con il mio secondo mail, di lavoro, non mi arrivano i codici per la verifica.

Kein Taxi gefunden

Ich finde die Idee von der App echt toll. Die Preise sind auch günstig. Jedoch bringt das ganze nichts wenn kein Fahrer gefunden wird oder jeder Fahrer ablehnt. Wir haben es in Mailand getestet 6 Mal an verschiedenen Orten jedoch ohne einen Fahrer zu finden. Etwas entäuschend.

Nie wieder, Absolut unzuverlässig!

Diese App ist absolut unzuverlässig, jetzt schon zum vierten Mal Stornierung, neuer Fahrer und letztlich zu spät zum Termin gekommen. Man bestellt, ein Fahrer sagt zu und 5 min später wird ohne Konsequenzen die Fahrt storniert, absolutes no Go. Nach kurzem warten wird ein neuer Fahrer gefunden und das warten beginnt von vorne. So entstanden Wartezeiten bis zu 25 min bis der Fahrer da war. Sowas ist mir bei Uber und co. noch nie passiert. Das mich am meisten ärgert, man bezahlt im voraus und muss sich das ganze gefallen lassen. Meine Meinung, hier sind Fahrer die unzuverlässig sind. 4 Bestellung in 2 Tagen und 4 mal das gleiche Ergebnis…. Ganz klar keine Empfehlung, und diese Erfahrung teile ich nicht nur hier sondern in meinem ganzen Umfeld. Nie wieder

Kundenveräppelung

2x innerhalb einer Woche hat mich Freenow im Regen bzw. Schnee stehen gelassen - das reicht, ich werde die App nicht mehr verwenden! Die Erlebnisse im Detail: Zuerst wurde jeweils Ride angeboten und auch abgebucht. Dann folgte jeweils die Meldung, ein Taxi sei schneller, ob ich nicht wechseln wolle. Beim ersten Mal folgte auf den Wechselversuch eine Fehlermeldung - der abgebuchte Betrag wurde zurückerstattet. Beim 2. Mal klappte der Wechsel: Taxi in 12 Minuten. Nach einiger Zeit ging es auf 8 Minuten runter, doch dann tat sich 20 Minuten lang nichts mehr. Das Taxi von MM in Leverkusen stand auf der Karte weiterhin am Ausgangsort. Keine Reaktion des Fahrers auf Textnachrichten. Abbruch der Übung, allerdings mit Kostenfolge!

Never works

Tried many times, even on different days. Drivers always cancel last minute. (Rome)

Prices are not reliable

I had to pay over two times the estimated cost for a quick trip in Italy and you can not do anything about it, going back to Uber asap

Don’t download under any circumstances

The app is full of glitches (it said the driver has arrived but wouldn’t let me call him - the button just didn’t work, at the same time I couldn’t cancel the ride either, so was just running around stuck with this thing). I ordered the ride for 6 euros, but was eventually charged 18 - no explanation of surcharge, nothing. Save yourself (and your money) and avoid this app by all means.
