Програма написала не правильну адресу про що я відразу повідомила таксисту через чат ,на що він не відповів й я відразу підійшла до тієї адреси яка чомусь введена у програмі .Там мого таксі також не було й я була змушена відмінити поїздку так як таксі не приїхав .З моєї карти зняли кошти ,подвійна сума яку я мала платити за поїздку .І схожі ситуації часто ,Таксі приїжджає на іншу адресу ,іноді просто страшно їхати у таксі бо воно грязні таксист агресивно налаштований .Нікому не пораджу цей застосунок

Can’t login to the app
I was not able to login to the app on my new phone. Phone just stuck on the login page. Requesting an email logging doesn’t work, I never receive a code. It isn’t possible to change email address… I WANT to use the app, but I CAN’T because of the app itself :((
Strongly does not recommend it
The price in app never correspond. Charged me for the trip which did not exist and did not return my money. Moreover I have already sent 4 requests in in support form, but no respond neither money
Unfair
The app takes fee for cancellation and it sounds fair but.. I was trying to order taxi to the airport and I had to wait quite long but I can understand this as well because drivers can be busy. But when order was accepted I’ve spent about 8 minutes loosing my time again because driver just cancelled request. So I lost a lot of time for trying to find a car and after get nothing but the bill. And when I found an alternative way and cancelled request they charged money from me! Because seems like drivers can cancel whatever they want but you have to pay if you tired of waiting and you’re going to be late for your flight.

Free now - це найгірший сервіс таксі, який я бачила в своєму житті. Водії не шукаються, або приймають замовлення і їдуть своїми справами, поки ти чекаєш на морозі. Я не знаю, на якому етапі сталося те, що призвело до такого жахливого обслуговування, але ви не конкурентноспроможні з іншими, в кого застосунки працюють прекрасно.
The application withdraws money every night, without using a taxi
I used this taxi 2 days ago. They withdraw almost twice the amount that was indicated (instead of 16 euros, I paid 29 for the trip), after that, for 2 days, the application withdraws money, returns some amount and withdraws twice the amount, despite the fact that I do not use this taxi service more. The support service is also not working. I wrote a letter on e-mail and I hope I will receive an answer
