Worst platform ever

Do not use this, they overcharged me twice, 18 euro trip they charged me 55 euro

虚假价格，欺骗消费者

app上标注的价格12欧，实际收费20欧

司机是个小偷，客服形同虚设

我在里斯本旅游的时候用这个app打个个taxi。司机帮我们装卸行李箱。他故意偷留了我们的一个包。由于平台没有提供司机号码，因此无法联系到他。另外，FREENOW 上的客服电话也打不通。他偷走了我们价值1000欧的现金和东西！！！。我们花了一天时间与警方报告盗窃案。此外，警察告诉我们，司机是惯犯，他在派出所登记了案件。事后我们给FREENOW客服发邮件投诉，没有任何有效回应。我再也不会用这个app, 他们用的司机人品堪忧，客服形同虚设，出了问题没有任何人会帮你！

Taxi meter shows 12€, he charged 20€, wouldn’t give change back, customer service doesn’t help

Double charged.

Just as I rated the app in-app. It charges me double for my trip. My setting was set to never to autopay without my my authorization. That did not work apparently. And charged my credit card for it even-though I paid cash for my ride. Really??!

App is good, but...

It is very easy to get a taxi in cities, but the taxi driver... I usually meet the driver with the app I called for, who requested far more money than it should be....
