Reasonable

Driver came quickly (Athens) however cheated me on the price (I paid cash) as he made me pay Euro 15, for a Euro 11 ride. Nevertheless still much cheaper than regular taxis

No support! Scammers win

It's so hard to file a report or refund!! I got scammed, the driver never picked me up and I had to pay. There is no button to press in case of troube. This app is not on the customers side at all.

Worst app ever stay away from this

Can’t unlock my bike or end rental but keep charging lol stay away trust me

Easier ordering but still cheating drivers

FREENOW could make such a difference here in Greece, but they fail. You can easily order a taxi, but they still cheat you. Every time! Right now I am in a cap that said ‘I arrived’ 2 min before arriving. The driver has a TV on too.

Drivers charge as they please

Wow, driver doesn’t know his way around, gets confused with the directions of the app and then charges it on me without notification or consent?? And when I want to do something about it, I have to jump through a 1,000 hoops to get my money back? No thank you! Avoid this lousy company with lax control standards that are borderline scamming as the plague!

Not being able to select business payment in advance

Customers First?

Had an issue on the first day of using the app in Italy, my 2nd ride. The driver started driving when my mom how is 60 y.o was still getting inside the car as she has mobility problems we were expecting the driver to wait, our mistake of thinking he would do his job, he started driving as soon as my mom got a foot inside the car, driving for 1,5 mts before me and my dad screaming for him to stop, no big injuries, a couple of bruises. Contacted customer support got offer 20 euros, insisted that I dont want compensation but transparency of what is going to happen, and I quote: “ We appreciate your concern and we would like to reinforce it will be our care to take every action needed to avoid this kind of behaviour in the future.” Worst experience in any app of transportation, got a reply 1 day after leaving Rome (5 days of staying there) so I couldnt make any police report, as I didnt knew what information I needed and asked for an answer from CS where they apologies for the delay and: “ Again, if you wish to prosecute the driver, our advise is to report what happened to the relevant authorities.” So, foreigners, are we save or are the company, taxi drivers save of any consequences.

Estimated prices and times are almost never right

I’m disappointed. The reflected times and prices are always to positive. Drivers seem to be doing something else (combining taxi services?) and are half of the time not coming to you directly. I expected more. At least an honest representation of the situation you are in
