What an app
I was touring in Dublin and used this app to go to the inn from the airport. There were no trouble at this point, however days after when we used it again to go to the airport from the inn (which was the exact same route) they charged us 5times more than it had to be. So when i called the customer service they say the car owner charged us for making is car dirty and broke. At the time we travelled Dublin there were no rain and if we made trouble he must have told us before getting off. However the app just relies on the driver and they could charge us all the amount the driver wants what a great day to be a tourist! 절대로 사용하지마세요. 공항에서 숙소로 갈때 35유로 나오길래 적당하다고 탔는데 며칠뒤 숙소에서 공항으로 가는 똑같은 거리의 위치로 타서 공항에 내리고 기사가 떠나자마자 179유로를 청구당했습니다. 말도안되는 가격이라 생각해 고객센터에 문의했더니 저희가 차를 더럽히고 망가뜨려서 청구했다데요? 참고로 우리가 더블린갔을때 비한방울 온적이없습니다. 기사가 차타고 올때나 도착했을때 아무말도없다가 내리고 떠나니 이렇게 자기 멋대로 청구할수있는 게 어이가없습니다. 관광객이라면 절대 이 어플을 사용하지마세요 사기치기 엄청나게 좋습니다. 차라리 우버나 볼트를 사용하기를 바랍니다.

귀국 비행기 타려고 파리에서 프리나우로 택시 불렀는데 선결제 되고 택시 안잡힘. 황당해서 고객센터 메일 보냈는데 답장 메일이 기계적으로 옴. 한국 돌아와서 메일에 나온대로 했는데 해당 ㄱㅖ정엔 결제된게 없다는 답변을 일주일만에 받음. 아무튼 그래서 원래 결제된 계정으로 다시 변경하고 카드결제 내역 기존 계정 등등 캡처해서 사진 보냄. 또 일주일 지나서 겨우 답변 올듯합니다.... 선결제 시스템 타지도 않았는데 왜 하는거죠?! 사람 참 열받게 귀찮게 만드는 앱입니다.
실제 결제된 가격이
어플에서 알려주는 가격하고 차이가 많이남 6-8파운드 떠서 결제하면 막상 14파운드 결제됨;; 그리고 메일로 8.40 결제 됐다고하고 나의 나머지 돈은 환불해주지않음
나와있는 금액보다 많은 금액 결제함
빠르고 친절했긴한데 오스트리아 여행중 사용할때 실제 나와있는 금액 보고 그 금액인줄 알았지만 내리고 나서 몇천원 더 결제됨 나와있는 금액보다 추가결제 되어서 꽤 비싼 가격이니까 믿지마세요
