Can’t verified with mobile phone number

We try couple times with different phone numbers, it still not available. Please fix the problem.TAIWAN(+886) and South Korea(+82)

Zahlungsmittel gewechselt automatisch nach der Fahrt

Bei der Bestellung war Zahlungsmittel noch “durch Paypal” wie immer. Aber nach der Fahrt wurde es “Zahlung an der Fahrer”. Liegt es daran dass der 50% Rabattcode nur bei Verwendung von Paypal genutzt werden kann?

Prebook is not working

Can you help?

It always shows that there’s no internet connection!!! I can’t even book for one time.

Unable to login

After used once, same day, the password is wrong and the account failed login. Can’t Register again or reset password.

Can’t pay by app

I chose my payment with different cards but all fail and I am sure my card are all valid. Need to fixed that ASAP
