I would like to report a problem
With all the respect I wasn’t satisfied because i changed the location during the road and it charged me 3 times the same price due to the Apple Pay payment .

Tracking of data , location
FreeNow is tracking my location without my permission . I came to another country and I got a notification that it FreeNow is available in the country I made , although I have set in my location settings to “Allow while using the app” .
I use freenow app, also for my trips in Europe
Quick response, clean cars, kind drivers
I was charged but a taxi was never sent to my location
It is unreasonable to charge someone when there is no taxi available.

Σταθερή αξία
Ασφάλεια-Εμπιστοσύνη-Ποιότητα-Ακρίβεια-Ευγένεια, είναι τα χαρακτηριστικά δείγματα του FREENOW, μέχρι σήμερα. Φαίνεται να βαδίζουν στο σωστό δρόμο. Τα περιθώρια βελτίωσης βέβαια πάντα υπάρχουν και γι’ αυτό οφείλουν άπαντες να είναι σε επαγρύπνηση.
Αξιολόγηση οδηγών
Από την εμπειρία μου σε δυο τελευταίες διαδρομές, έχω να επισημάνω την απουσία ευγένειας στους οδηγούς. Σε μια περίπτωση μου μετέφερε την 15χρονη κόρη μου ο οδηγός κάπνιζε, σε άλλη περίπτωση που μετέφερε εμένα ο οδηγός μου έκανε παρατήρηση στο τέλος της διαδρομής για τον τρόπο που μασούσα την τσίχλα μου Αναρωτιέμαι αν σας ενδιαφέρει οι οδηγοι σας να έχουν καλές κριτικές ή απλά το αφήνετε στην τύχη του.
Απατεώνες οδηγοί
Καλησπέρα έχω κάνει άπειρες φορές την διαδρομή την τελευταία και ο συγκεκριμενος οδηγός ενώ του είπα που μα στρίψει αυτός με πήγε σύμφωνα με το gps με αποτέλεσμα να κάνουμε ολόκληρο κύκλο για να φτάσουμε σπίτι μου πλήρωσα 13,70€ ενώ η διαδρομή μέρα μεσημέρι με περισσότερη κίνηση δεν ξεπερνάει τα 8,50€ για πιο λογο ο οδηγός ενώ του λέω που να στρίψει γυρνάει και μου λέει εγώ από εδώ θα πάω και αν σου αρέσει ; Δεν το καταλαβαίνω αυτό
