Suddenly it is no longer available due to a payment error. I am unable to make a

他の人を乗せて料金だけチャージされました

ローマで利用しました。ドライバーが来るのを待っていましたが、いつのまにかアプリ上は乗客を乗せたことになっていて私の目的地とは違う方向に向かっていました。すぐにドライバーに電話するも繋がらず、おそらく別の乗客を乗せて料金だけチャージされました。後日カスタマーサービスに返金を依頼しましたが、ドライバーは間違いなく乗せたと言っているようで、別の交通機関を利用した証明を出さないと返金しないと言われ、お金は取られたままです。

最初はいいと思ったけど

予約していたタクシーにドタキャンされ、予定が間に合うか不安で仕方ありません。またピックアップする場所も曖昧で、いつも探すのに時間かかります。凄く不便です。タクシーのサービスは良いですが、ドタキャンされると予定に凄く影響するので非常に困ります。

予約していてもタクシーが見つからないとなりました

ドイツにて前日から予約していても、当日の時間になってから見つからなかったよ！となり勝手にキャンセルされてしまいました信用性0です

Why this app can choose 0% or 10%? My company allows up to 5%. All the rest, this freenow is more than perfect.

言語設定の変更方法が分かりません。

何故かフランス語に…

事前に料金が分からない

Uberより安いとネット記事に書いてあったので使ってみましたが、事前に表示される金額はあくまでも目安で実際には乗った車のメーターで計算されます。Freenowドライバーの中にも白タク業者が混じっており、結果Uberよりも2倍以上高い金額を支払いました。(イタリアのミラノで乗車し、8分間の乗車で4,600円でした…涙) Uberでは2,000円もいかないくらいだったので、今後は事前に金額を確定させられるUberを使いたいと思います。改めて、コロナ前に書かれたネット記事とは状況が変わっているので、気を付けてください。

見積もりが酷すぎ

リクエスト時と3倍4倍の値段を請求されます。サポートに連絡しても実際の運賃とはズレますの一点張り。apple storeではいい評価ついてますが現地評価サイトでは星1です。絶対使わない方がいいです。

利用をやめた方がいい

イギリスに滞在中に利用しましたが、タクシーを呼んでも道を理解してないのか10分以上待っても来ないことが普通にあります。料金については、〇〇€〜〇〇€と表記されているのにも関わらず余裕で上限に記載されている料金よりも多くを請求してきます。こんなアプリ使うくらいならuverなどの元から値段が設定されてるアプリを使うことをお勧めします。
