Can’t use it

Verification process did not work . Reading other reviews seems unless you have European phone number the app doesn’t work.

Tourists do not use

Everyone was talking about this app, so I thought I’d give it a go. The app is just not built for international numbers. Not sure why they even have this option. I did not receive a code, neither did my partner. Kept getting “oops there’s an issue”. Tried every option that was available. Still have not received anything. Terrible app.

Doesn’t work for tourists

Needs SMS verification which doesn’t work on non European phone numbers. Made by Europeans with European logic.

Ripped Off

A 10min, 2.3km ride in Rome estimated in the app at €14.50, live price in taxi came to €13.90 but was charged €22 via the app after ride completion😡

Not for tourists

If you are using from airports and railway stations in London avoid this app. Drivers I had, had no idea where they were going or followed the app where I asked to go. (Pick up points are non existent at busy centres).

Great service

So convenient and affordable

No use in Barcelona

I loaded this app to get a taxi in Barcelona. Tried for 40 minutes with no luck. Most of the time it said it was searching for a driver. Two drivers accepted but both cancelled before getting to us. In the end I stood by the street and waved my arms. Got a ride in a few minutes . May work in other cities but not Barcelona

Why pay extra to use an app?

Ireland has banned private uber drivers so you have to use this app. Problem is that they charge you two euro to book through the app. It's cheaper to flag on the street
