Overprice

7 min driving cost me 15+20 eur. I do not recommend

App does not working well

Ordering taxi is working fine in Rome, but other features not. We forgot camera on taxi, so we tried contact driver via app. This feature not working. They advertise that you can contact any driver from previous trips for 7 days but I cannot contact anyone. I tried to contact another driver without any success. So be careful. Don't loose anything in taxi and you will be happy.

Avoid - rip off app!

We used it 2x in Naples, Italy. First from the center to Herculaneum, price in app showed 25€, the taxi meter was showing 32€ and when we left the card I was charged 60€!!!!! Ridiculous, app support was reached and never got back. Second time we used it from the center to the airport and were paying really close attention to app price and taxi meter, in the app it showed 15€, taxi meter was showing 20€ and almost 30€ was deducted from my card. HORRIBLE!

Lepsi nez Uber

Zadal jsem rezervaci predem. Narozdil od Uberu mi dal normalni taxi za rozumnou cenu. Takze v Miláně ta sluzba je top.

Start app

The app worked normally, I started the car rental drive. When I wanted to end the ride, the application does not respond and the rental time continues to run. It's been three hours and the app is just running in the background, no activity, and the app still won't launch. I can't lock, unlock, start the car, but they keep charging money.

Scam

I ordered taxi, waited for 20 min but no one is picked my order, so I cancelled but money is gone from my bank account forever. No even any info about this trip in my profile.

Never more

I ordered a booking taxi for the next day at 4 morning because of the flight. at 3:59 they wrote to me that they didn't have a driver. they refunded the money immediately, that's great, but it made it difficult for me to get to the airport.

NEVER WITH THIS TAXI SERVISES

I do not normally write reviews, but what happened to me, I had to, I ordered a taxi in Dublin at the airport through this app to the center of Dublin. the estimated price was €25-36, it cost me €36. The driver arrived and was immediately unpleasant and superficial. when he dropped us off in the center of Dublin on the taximeter, the price was €35, I got off and the gentleman drove off. suddenly the amount from 36€ was adjusted from the bank to 56€ + 20€ some fee or something, so I paid 40€ more for the taxi. I don't know if he did it because we were tourists from another country, but this has never happened to me with UBER or BOLT. I am currently dealing with my money and hope they will refund it to me. But never again with this company once and that's enough.

Nedoporučuji!

Aplikace ukazovala cenu cca 32eur po objednání taxi. Nakonec byla stržena částka 55,90 eur! Nikde na to neupozorní. Už nikdy více.

Nedoporučuji - nesedí ceny

Využito 2x. Poprvé jsem v aplikaci odsouhlasila cenu 20e, na účtu rezervováno 18e, následně strženo 22,5e. Podruhé odsouhlaseno 21e, na účtu rezervováno 18,5e a následně strženo 32e? Tohle je opravdu neprofesionální jednání. Navíc nechápu, jak může mít zde aplikace 4,5 hvězdy a na googl sotva 3,9 a samé negativní recenze..
