They overcharged me for tickets to a theatre for 30£ each. Then when I tried to return the tickets they said the reservation could not be cancelled because of the policy provided by the partner. They also mentioned that it was mentioned in the email confirmation. However, it's not. The email did include any information about cancellation!!! Do Not buy tickets here as you will be scammed!!!

Book directly. Head out charges more/ doesn’t have concessions and the post purchase service is poor. My experience was based on booking tickets for el prado in Madrid

We bought tickets for a tour of the colosseum, palatine hill and the forum in Rome through this app. We followed all of the instructions given on the app. The venue refused to accept the tickets and said that they were not valid. I have been in touch multiple times with Headout and they have refused to refund the tickets. They are selling products which are not recognised by the venues they sell them for. AVOID!!

BEWARE! Headout claims to be an official partner of Seville Cathedral but it is not. Despite using a web address which contains Seville cathedral in its name, this is not an official agent. We were sold ‘Skip the Line’ tickets but this is not a possibility at Seville cathedral. The venue workers told us that Headout were selling fake promises and that they do not do Skip the Line. We did gain entry to the cathedral with the tickets sold by Headout but they were not what they promised. The chat help service is just a bot. It is not possible to speak to a human to complain.

Paid for tickets advertised as ‘skip the line’, which the officials at the attraction told us wasn’t possible and is just a scam advertised by third party ticket sellers. Also paid 5€ for an audio guide via Headout which the officials said wasn’t for their audio guide but the ticket sellers. There was no audio guide available on the Headout app. Paid extra for the skip the line and the audio guide and an 8€ admin fee on two tickets. Not impressed. I recommend avoiding this third party agent and buying tickets direct from the attraction ticket office.

When booking tickets to the Sistine Chapel through thevaticantickets.com, I encountered significant issues due to their reseller, Headout, not making their terms of service clear until after purchase. Critical information, such as the necessity to arrive by a certain time, was omitted at the point of sale and only disclosed on the tickets, which I unfortunately did not check in advance. This oversight resulted in missing our opportunity to visit the chapel during our trip to Rome, as we were unaware of the arrival time requirement. Although I contacted Headsprout about this confusion, they were unwilling to amend the tickets for the following day. Instead, they offered a 50% refund on the grounds that the museums were still open, despite us being turned away when we attempted to visit. This experience was highly disappointing, and I would advise against using thevaticantickets.com or Headout for such bookings. Their lack of clear communication and inadequate customer service response—acknowledging the issue but still holding me responsible and only offering a partial refund usable solely for their services—suggests a need for caution with their booking process.

The guide did not turn up for our tour. We were advised on the app to arrive 15 mins before the tour time which we did in exactly the place we were told to. We tried to telephone the office but there was no answer. We waited a further 15 mins before going inside and buying more tickets. When we complained to the office, they were extremely rude and basically called us liars. We had timed proof, but they would not accept that. An absolute disgrace. Steer clear at all costs!

They will charge you 5x from the official price without any chance to cancel your experience. And their support will not help you. So save your money and stay away from this company.
