Good pre workout, meh post workout
Great pre workout stretching. Post workout I can only use a gun, foam roller, and ball. Would like to be able to get a basic post workout stretch routine based off my WOD for the amount the subscription costs.

After trying some other apps I can say this is the best one. It combines mobility and flexibility and the routines vary to make it more entertaining and enjoyable.
Very generic and very light routines - very ineffective. May work as PT/ rehab, possibly elderly people. Not for youngsters
Why doesn’t the programming have a warm up.
It measures your current state of flexibility and gives you a daily program focusing on your weak points. It’s easy to follow and the target areas and easy mode are all great at helping you understand the desired feel from the movement.
Very helpful with my CrossFit journey. Has helped me tremendously with mobility overall.
Don’t subscribe unless you want to have a difficult time unsubscribing and fighting charges when you haven’t had the app in over 3 years.
I’m 56 year’s old and over the years I’ve been losing my mobility. I’ve tried yoga and other stretching programs but I find that the GOWOD programming has been the most helpful. The mobility assessment and the personalized programming is a game changer. Just do it you won’t regret it well worth every penny!
I watch a good amount of CrossFit influencers on instagram and YouTube, and I always thought you had to pay for the actual app or the services within the app. The only thing you have to pay for is the premium subscription (which most influencers already have), but the app itself is totally free, gives super awesome mobility movements, and the filters for the library of movements is awesome. If you’re on the fence, get the app. You won’t regret it.
Love how this app is set up. The major issue I have with it, is that some of the moves are so complicated (even on easy) and I don’t have the flexibility quite yet to do the move which ends up in me not feeling the stretch. This happens with 2 of the 8 moves at least every night. Other than that, the app’s convenience is really nice. Might have to find something more fitted to me though.
