GOWOD

I do love this app but the welcome page often freezes so I delete and reinstall app. Tonight I did this but now it won’t let me past the login stage it keeps going back to the welcome page ... can this be fixed?

Since using the GOWOD consistently, I have seen a massive improvement in my mobility. This has definitely helped with my Overhead movements and for CrossFit in general. Thank you team GOWOD. 👌🏾

Need better recovery or flexibility? Give this app a try.

Tried the others & everything from needing to be a “ballerina” to do them or such annoying voice overs you want to smash your “ph” GOWOD is basic stretches with a good flow held for time frames that work. It manages your progress works on key weaknesses. Options of times & specifics areas are great.

Best Mobility App

Best mobility app👌🏾real specific about what pet to stretch and using different equipment for recovery. Breathing techniques will be awesome 😎 however still the best.

My moblility is at its best since having this app. I’ve had gowod before but this has more options to what you need and the test is a really good indication.

Massive increase in mobility which has helped my lifting and helped me push my WOD time down with being able to move through the exercises better. Has made my life better! Highly recommended.

Love that it does all the thinking for me and shows problem areas and focus on the serious issues
