Pretty disappointed to come back to the app after a couple months off to find I can’t do anything without paying for a subscription. Before there were a few select options you could make use of without having to spend money, now everything I used the app for is locked.
I got charged $99 annual renewal and I forgot I even had this app subscribed. I emailed them on the same day I was charged, and they told me tough luck. They can't refund me.
The app itself is amazing; however, a recent error has booted me from my account and will not let me log back in. There is no way of contacting Headspace for support outside of the FAQs bot they have available on their website. As it stands, I am paying $92 annually for an app I cannot use. Can someone please contact me to fix this?
Incredible app. Headspace has changed my life. I’ve just come to the end of the “Managing stress” guided program and I’ve found it to be an awesome daily routine that I have added into my life. Please add more guided programs!! They are great!!
I download app and try free trial for 2 week but you charged me annually fee suddenly next day! I think it is unprofessional and disorganised as the big app. It is very bad reputation for the app that promote well-being for the people. I am not sure that is intention of you to scam people or just error of the system.
Member for over 5 years. Cancelled my renewal due to being short on money. They still charged me and refused to offer a refund. Obviously more interested in money then looking after its customers. Will be leaving for another app. Won't recommend this app.
After receiving an auto renewal notice, emailed within 3 hours to cancel. After waiting a whole week, received a response that it was too late. Disappointed in the lack of understanding/grace and to hear this from a company that promotes mental wellbeing. Have been a member for over 4 years and wanted to cancel as the mediations offered don’t meet the value of an almost $100 membership.
Absolutely amazing! This app helps with so much! Except there is one downside to all the greatness that shines from it- some people need this sort of help and can’t pay for this, like a younger aged person. This means all they can basically do is watch the introduction video and a few small other things. Maybe if more things could be free? But just because of this, doesn’t mean it’s a terrible app! I actually think it’s incredible! So please, if anybody is reading this, don’t harass the Headspace team. They are absolutely amazing people just trying to help, and they don’t deserve it. Thanks!!!

Thank you Andy, headspace helped me to concentrate on my life when I am disassociating. I am able to feel present and at ease.
