Headspace: Sleep & Meditation

I love it but I’m leaving four stars. It’s not very easy to use. It somehow makes me not want to do it daily. But whenever I do it, I love it.

Navigating life has been better after using headspace thank you headspace team

I recently subscribed to Headspace through the app, which initially indicated a trial period. However, the subscription started immediately as an annual plan, which I did not intend to purchase. Additionally, the app is not functioning properly for me. Every session displays the error: “Sorry, this isn’t working right now.”

It is a very good application for dictation and mental health. Short spells of meditation and there are guides how to do it. The way they are explaining it is awesome.

I started to use headspace when it initially came out. Andy kept things simple and nice. Focus was meditation. Now the app is everything but meditation. Musicians, YouTubers, doctors, god knows what. Discussion on topics that are irrelevant. Everything but meditation. Feel really sad to see such a great app go to the drain now.

This is an awesome app but it’s difficult or impossible to track sessions or specific activities you did on a certain day. For example for basics it only shows that you did basics but not the specific number or activity in basics For areas of improvement it would be helpful to have the history show episode details as well and not just the course name so it’s easier to remember, track and continue episodes from courses thatve already been completed and checked off. Also maybe there should be a way to reset or uncheck individual sessions rather than the entire course for example if we wish to just redo level 3 instead of level 1 - 3 . Keep up the great work!

I have been listening to Andy for years now. The clarity his 10 min meditation can bring has ferried me through a lot of unknowns. I find myself sharing his thoughts in my personal and work space because of how relevant and practical it is. Thank you Andy and team.

Its very helpful to relieve work stress

Years ago, I used to love this app. But now, things are different. The UI feels tiresome and there’s too much content on the app. I loved it when it was simple. Wish I could get a refund.
