When they say try annual subscription and cancel any time, this means you can cancel but money will not be refunded. When i requested “cancellation” only 20 min after the payment charged. They disagree with cancellation and still charge full amount of the year.

What is the point of the app being free when i need to pay for any purpose?

Headspace got me deep into meditation, i start every morning practicing with the app and it helped me understand myself and my thoughts better

You don't get notifications about expiration date of free trial and you suddenly see an unexpected charge of around 100$

This app is an amazing project that helped me learn how to be one with my body and let go of thoughts by just noticing them, like clouds, knowing there's a blue sky behind them. In the beginning, meditating for 3 minutes was difficult. Now, I do daily meditations of 15 minutes, and I wholeheartedly enjoy this healing time for myself. I also learned not to put any effort in, and peacefulness started to come to me naturally. There are so many courses, single meditations, SOS sessions, and even daily group meditations—a whole section for sleep, including sleep casts, meditations, music, and wind-downs. There are animations that show you different techniques and how to do them correctly. There are meditations and guidelines even on workouts and yoga. This year, I canceled my yearly subscription because I could no longer afford it. And then, I got a huge discount offer to continue training my mind and getting a bit of headspace, which accepted with a smile. Thank you, Andy and everyone behind this project, for making my life calmer, more peaceful, and happier. Thank you for bringing Headspace. I am so grateful | found this app. Lake Nepeta.

Headspace’s approach to annual subscriptions is utterly distressing. The company refuses to acknowledge cancellation requests, even when made on the same day. This lack of flexibility and disregard for customer rights is highly unprofessional and paints a bleak picture of their business ethics. Buyers should beware and consider this before opting
