Headspace: Sleep & Meditation

This app has single-handedly changed my life. I have recommended this app, and Andy’s methods of meditation, to almost everybody I’ve met ever since I started using this since it was first introduced in the App Store. It is incredible. I have found meditation through Andy, and through meditation I’ve found a love for life itself, and knowing myself. My prayers have improved. My attention has improved. My bodily inflammation and concomitant inflammation markers have gone down. My relationships have improved. And I’m generally a better human being I think. If there was one single reason, to use the Internet, or to use a smartphone, it would be for this app alone. I have never used a better app in my life. And I mean that literally. Love it. Recommend it wholeheartedly. If they offered a lifetime subscription, I’ll be the first one to take it.

Used an app during free trial, didn’t like it so much that I would pay for a year. Then cancelled it, but they still tried to charge me. These kinds of practices is what pushes me away forever.

Beware of this fraudster company that says they will give you a 14 days free trial before charging you for a whole year subscription!! I made the mistake of clicking thinking I could try the app before they charge me but NO THEY CHARGED ~$100 ME RIGHT AWAY and they/Apple won’t give me my money back!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

World Peace starts with inner peace. And inner peace starts with the practicing of mindfulness. Improves our emotional intelligence as well as general well being. An elementary survival skill. Must have app for everyone.

I have to applaud the calming mood and tone the app uses, but what’s the point of making a relaxation app if most of the features are paid? I get giving the highest benefits to the payers but even the basic ones? It’s off putting.

I feel that headspace has really helped me to slow down and recalibrate my focus. To find my own energy and to put myself first at the start and end of day. I couldn’t have asked for a better Xmas gift as I kept hearing how amazing this App is and for sure will advice about it to my clients too as I am a clinical psychologist.

One of the best applications for meditation that I have tried! Really helps to calm the mind, train the focus and eventually gain control over your mind and the mood. Highly recommend

They will renew your membership without your consent and then refuse to refund. Please stay away from them.

I tried other meditation apps/techniques, but none beat this

I wholeheartedly wish I could give 0 starts but unfortunately I can’t. Literally nothing is accessible everything is behind a pay wall, I’ve had free apps that you can pay to access more stuff and they had some free ones you can use, but in headspace I witnessed a new low for in-app purchases. It’s literally a paid app that you can download but you can’t do anything with it!
