Headspace is an excellent meditation app I recommend it
Highly overrated!
It gets a lot of praise and kicks from social media influencers (paid). I subscribed one year and I found it very mediocre, specially the speaker they sound boring. I found better contents in YouTube with more enthusiast speakers.
A First!!!
I would start this by seeing Headspace marked so many firsts for me, and maintained it for the first time as well! •I never deliberately rate, be it write a review for an app, nothing has touched me to that extent before, but Headspace has became an addict from the first day! •I never mediated before, and for me to finish my first month, daily meditating, it’s through this portal, the efforts put in are enormous! The graphics that are just super enjoyable and soothing, it’s like I am part of a favorite cartoon, the daily information and knowledge they’re giving, it has captured my soul! I am defiantly a fan, and that is very difficult to nail, since I never really get this hyped about almost anything and it stays aside books.. You guy are awesome, please maintain the quality you deliver and the care you put into this.
