I stopped using freshdesk a couple of years ago, one of the reasons being I could not login on the mobile app … thought I would give it another go, but same problem still, two years on. They always were useless.
Please add dark mode
Trying to delete my account so I don’t get charged and all information provided doesn’t work I’ve have changed all my banking information now
Unable to filter tickets according to groups, or unable to see particular tickets. All in one place - creating further mess

Not great but it’s better than nothing on the rare occasion you need to use Freshdesk on the phone
This app is not intuitive, and the number of times it crashes while working within it is unacceptable given its supposed to be a customer support application. You can’t edit the message reply’s easily and you can type text that simply disappears after you’ve completed the message. I’m unsure how it rates so highly - maybe it’s fake reviews!
Great experience using this on andriod and apple together with the web interface on PC.
This is a new version which has some very glaring omissions which the previous iPhone version did include. 1. Can not tilt iPhone to landscape mode which means some emails which extend beyond portrait mode can not be read. 2. New Email no longer has the ability to insert canned responses. These two features were in the previous version and not to have them included in this version is a glaring omission. I have raised this with the development team and it’s anyone’s guess’s when this might be fixed. I look forward to hearing about a fix very soon
