Ever since I got on Mega I am still struggling to upgrade as the site is silly and unable to just offer OUTRIGHT the steps to pay! You guys need to learn from ExpessVPN about how to let users access payment options.

When i try to download a vid from safari it says file is too long and when i try to create acc my email doesn’t work it says awaiting for email comfirmation i tried every email I could and that is what it says i need HELP

Perfect app, logging in, syncing across multiple devices, perfection

Some videos when played have a lag of video and sound Which are not in sync As sound is behind Fix issue

Keeps downloading to 100% and restarting over and over without saving a file. Uninstalled.

The app seems to have a problem logging in from the phone which is easier to load things from but on the desktop it is opening without a challenge.

It has been good but yesterday it had some issues so I deleted downloaded it again today from apps store,now I cant download any of my documents its just loading and I cant reach the website from my laptop. Please fix this to get a 5 star.

I’ve literally spent 5 Gb trying to download a movie and it’s still isn’t playing I can’t even see the downloading icon Everything is messed up Don’t download this 🤬🤬

I love the app a lot. The keyboard in the chat section isn’t working since my upgrade to iOS 13.

It appears something has changed, and as a result, all the videos that I’ve been uploading no longer have any sound, it appears to have been removed. i’m seeing Contant creators uploading videos that have no sound as well. I suspect the browser but wasn’t sure. I’m seeing this in other places to. changes to browsers that are affecting devices on the consumers end in a very negative way. there’s lots of glitching and programs that are not working. are we under the comprehensive cyber attack predicted by Charles Schwab? Because it sure looks like somebody’s making some big changes. this all began a few months ago with the browsers then it spread to the keyboard and other devices. There have been what I can only describe as satellites caught on video burning up, falling back to earth wasn’t sure if it’s a communication satellite or not. there have been a lot of them burning up falling back to earth, but spread out overtime since 2015. It’s been a regular occurrence but nobody’s caught on. But as of right now, I cannot use this app. I’ve uploaded the recent update, but it hasn’t fixed the issue. Just trying to give you guys an idea what we’re seeing here. Thanks
