Works very well for me. Beautifully structured. Lots of feedback on voiceover quality. Can we get an option to select the voiceover and reinstate the previous original male voiceover? Thought his timbre was exceptional. Selectable voiceover options would make this offering unique.

found this app to be useful in training my brain to focus and relax. may be too basic for some of you but as I am way out of practice at stilling my mind it sure suited my need.

Use this every day with my 12y.o. Sn. Like the simplicity of the instructions & no music to distract. Ability to choose different blocks of time also an excellent feature. Knowing what is coming up also helps you to relax into the meditation.

I had to delete this app because the voice was scary, It reminded me of the voice from the scary movie scream and was far from relaxing!!! Yuck yuck yuck
