Voiceover change

I agree with a lot of the other reviews when saying the original voiceover was waaaaaay better! this app helped me a lot with anxiety but now i dont really use it anymore cause the new voiceover is not nearly as good.

Not what it once was

The older voice was good, easy to hear as background. The new voice over is too emotional and syrupy. The time brackets are good and it is a good intro to mindfulness training.

Not what it used to be

What happened to the great soothing voice that used to be here? This new one is a bit sharp. I’ve always liked this app but don’t understand the changes. It’s a bit hard to adapt to.

Needs a woman's touch

Both voice options in this app are male and I didn't find either very soothing for meditation. The first guy has a great voice but I found it too powerful to get me in a relaxed state, he would be great for reading audio books though. The second guy had a very creepy feel to me (sorry buddy). I think he was trying to sound soothing but it gave me more of a Twilight Zone feeling because he dragged the words on too long or something. This app would be better if there was an option of a woman's voice. Overall I find women's voices more soothing for meditation. Also, you only get a five minute meditation for free, all the others you have to purchase, which is what I expected anyway.

Good starter app for beginner meditation

Similar to the classes I took in real life. I only wish they had a bit more guidance in the timed segment like "body of light" or something similar...
