飲食那部分 開始的部分就重覆了 而且No.1,2,3 去得很快 讓人心煩氣躁
I was persuaded to try meditation by a friend, and was initially sceptical. But I found it relaxing and an increasingly important part of my routine. I’m now trying to organise my day so that I have at least one session, preferably first or last thing. One benefit I noticed early on was that my anger seemed to disappear and my relations with other people improved. My creativity has also gone through the roof, and I think that’s because my mind is in better shape. Give it a try.
