Es bueno para hacer una evolucion de tu estado de animo pero no puedes hacer casi nada sin pagar, es muy limitado, igualmente es buena la app

Me cobraron la suscripción por haberla usado solo un día. Es el segundo mes que me están cobrando un desastre.

La app no está mal pero acabo de ver que me cobraron cuando la usé dos días de prueba y cancelé la suscripción. Una estafa.

Hace una semana q lo uso... no está nada mal... veremos q efectos positivos me va dando...

Podrían adaptar la pantalla para los iPhone X

I would give you 5 stars because the app is really good, but you don’t upgrade it since 8 months ago and it doesn’t look good in my iPhone X.

I have found CBT to be very helpful but to get the most out of it (at least for me), I really need to write down my thoughts, mental distortions, etc. Historically, paper and pen simply take too long and I quickly fall out of the habit. Moodnotes has been a game changer. Data entry is fast and easy, especially since I can use the dictation feature on my iPhone for the text fields. To top it off, the interface is attractive and uncluttered. Great job!

Sad that this app is paid for but the widgets have been broken for over a year. The UI has a bunch of black corners like they used incorrectly formatted images. Everything else is fine but this makes me less likely to use the app since i dont like the widget and the widget is the main way id get a remind for a check in
