I have been using this app for more than a year and was happy with it. The principle is good. But the recently updated design makes it almost impossible for me to use. The scrolling is not smooth but the screeen jumps. The buttons are small and there is a lot of nonfunctional free space left. Why do i need to set an emotion first and set intensity in a separate step if it is possible to do it at once like in the previous version of the app? Why should i start with an emotion at 50 percent? The changes made to the app are disturbing, gimmicky effects rather than helpful improvements.

You cannot use the app without applying to the subscription, which is pretty annoying. I wouldn't have a problem paying some reasonable amount once or if it were something really revolutionary or if it brought some huge value each month then i wouldn't have a problem with the subscription but for the LOVE OF GOD, IT'S JUST A NOTEPAD WITH STATISTICS!!

Surprising enough, it really does help. I feel more in ease with myself and my feelings now.

Good app

Simply clever.

There is no option to save your data or backup them to tour iCloud. If you delete and app you lose all of your saved moods and notes.

I have found CBT to be very helpful but to get the most out of it (at least for me), I really need to write down my thoughts, mental distortions, etc. Historically, paper and pen simply take too long and I quickly fall out of the habit. Moodnotes has been a game changer. Data entry is fast and easy, especially since I can use the dictation feature on my iPhone for the text fields. To top it off, the interface is attractive and uncluttered. Great job!

Sad that this app is paid for but the widgets have been broken for over a year. The UI has a bunch of black corners like they used incorrectly formatted images. Everything else is fine but this makes me less likely to use the app since i dont like the widget and the widget is the main way id get a remind for a check in
