It could be better, maybe adding things on like having AI to talk about your day. Other than that I love how it gives you notifications to record how your doing, and a password so only you can get into your notes.

This app is like someone I can chat with when I need help it just doesn’t go off telling anyone anything, I might only be 11 but kids can also go through a lot of problems

very helpful. i come from a place or privilege and recognize not everyone can afford to pay for this app but to me it is so worth it. this app is helping me get better.

Gr8 little app. Easy to use and you can jot note about your day. Has settings to remind you to do it on a daily basis. Only con is that with the new Focus app from apple, the remind setting does not show up if you have it set as Do Not Disturb, not even a badge on app.

Looks great, works well. Easy to use. Well worth paying for. You pay for vitamins or supplements for your body, so why not invest in your mental health?
