This app makes me feel like that I can talk to anyone in the world about my feelings and I shouldn't be embarrassed, it teaches the right thing! And I have Moodness, an app that doesn't give much obsession. If you didn't already, You should get this app! It's free and amazing! But, Why did I give 4 stars? Because it can't talk to me. And the only thing is that it knows my feelings, only.

I have found CBT to be very helpful but to get the most out of it (at least for me), I really need to write down my thoughts, mental distortions, etc. Historically, paper and pen simply take too long and I quickly fall out of the habit. Moodnotes has been a game changer. Data entry is fast and easy, especially since I can use the dictation feature on my iPhone for the text fields. To top it off, the interface is attractive and uncluttered. Great job!
Sad that this app is paid for but the widgets have been broken for over a year. The UI has a bunch of black corners like they used incorrectly formatted images. Everything else is fine but this makes me less likely to use the app since i dont like the widget and the widget is the main way id get a remind for a check in

Awesome app.
good app but once you delete it, ALL your entries get lost, no sign in, no nothing, how is it CBT if I can’t see my progress. a lot of good features are paid based unfortunately:(
