Definitely like that you can use it to find lower priced tickets when travelling! However, the ‘live updates’ does not work, so if you train is delayed or cancelled it will not notify you, as such I recommended using it alongside a country wide travel app like OBB (Germany/Austria).
Omio used to be my go-to app, and I often recommended it to my friends. However, during COVID, I received a credit voucher that I couldn't use due to global travel restrictions. When I contacted the company, they only extended the voucher for one year. Unfortunately, my country's travel restrictions lasted longer, causing me to lose the credit, while other companies were extending vouchers for 3-5 years due to the unpredictable times we're in.

Weiß nicht ob das bei noch wem so ist aber bei mir zeigt es nach weniger als drei Minuten der Auswahl an, das sich “die Preise während meiner Buchung geändert haben” und wenn ich es erneut versuche (auch wenn ich die App neu starte) ist der selbe “alte” Preis wieder da - jedoch nur für Strecken innerhalb von Österreich… sieht nach ner reinen Abzocke aus
I had a credit balance of 160€ with Omio travel service during the COVID-19 pandemic. While they initially extended the validity of the credit, they refused to further extend it until travel restrictions were lifted. As a result, I couldn't use the credit for over two years. This lack of flexibility and consideration has shattered my trust in them. I cannot recommend this travel service anymore. Look for alternatives that prioritize customer support during challenging times
Flüge würde ich nicht bichen ich hatte recht probleme dann mit ryanair weil drittanbieter nicht berechtigt sind ryanair flüge zu verkaufen…
just cant book two way trip book. whwn chosing the one way and need the other one, theres message "sorry, something went wrong" and the whole process is restarted
… ich kann das Klimaticket nicht als Rabatt hinterlegen.
Hab ein Ticket über die App gebucht Buchungsbestätigung bekommen jedoch kein Ticket musste mir am Bahnhof ein neues Ticket kaufen und jz mit dem Unternehmen herumstreiten um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Sehr schlecht! Keine Leistung aber kassieren wollen!
Klimaticket nicht unter Rabattkarten vorhanden. Damit sind grenzüberschreitende Buchung mit Reisestart in Österreich praktisch nicht möglich.
