Booked a bus from omio for tripstAir bus, but there was no bus service on that day from TripstAir. Was charged for the same and no refund is provided yet. It has been 20 days since the incident. Really not a service expected from a highly rated service provider.
The site gives wrong info regarding the train timings and platforms, almost missed my train due to that. Customer service is non existant. My ferry was cancelled due to bad weather but there was no update on the app. Also its almost impossible to get a refund through the app, while those with tickets bought directly from the company websites got a refund on spot while I have been chatting with a bot for last three days….
This is as fast as blink of an eye.. Amazing. Impressed
Used Omio to book bus tickets. When trying to cancel the tickets, the app and website both returned an error. The ticket was fully refundable, and yet I ended up paying for them despite Omio being at fault. Mails, Calls and App error reporting didn’t work either. Avoid!
This is a great app. We did all our train and ferry bookings using this app across Italy and it was so helpful. I highly recommend using this app!
You should download this app if you are a train or bus commuter
Does not provide complete information while you book flights. Uses terms like “Standard” to attract customer while booking you for a lower grade ticket which might not include the standard luggage or meal that the airline provides on a 12 hour flight. Very disappointing. Customer service not helful either.
When I see the ticket price online it’s was 15euro and when I download this application and see the prices it’s was 19 euro . So I recommend to everyone please check online then book your ticket
I have often seen that the app crashes when you load more train options...either earlier or later...please work on that
Unfortunately , I have been surprised by increase of ticket price during selecting of my tickets at time of payment by an increase of price near 30% or even more . It’s not good and nobody will like that . I will inform another customers which want to reserve any ticket by your side for this unfair policy of your site & company . If you continue with this policy , in a short period of time , you will lose very high percent of your customer .
