Got an offer with 10% discount if I book new ticket before 16 June, but it is not working, can’t add the discount code, then the app it stalled, I used the app many times and have been satisfied, but this is very annoying

Sværere at finde togafgange fra København til Mora i slutningen af november december 2023. Vi endte med at bestille direkte hos SJ og det er jo ikke meningen. Ellers har vi været rigtig glad for appen og vi har bestilt mange rejser gennem appen
Disappointing Experience, Lack of Information, and Financial Loss
I recently booked a ticket through Omio for a ferry journey, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of information about the terminal's location resulted in me spending 2 hours searching for it, encountering closed roads in a blizzard, and facing the loss of hundreds of euros due to traveling and hotel cancellations. “Never found the ferry.” This not only caused financial strain but also impacted my professional relationships, as I lost trust from clients in Norway. The absence of effective communication channels, apart from emails, only added to the frustration. This was my last attempt at using Omio's services, and I urge them to show dignity and fully refund my ticket due to the immense inconvenience and distress caused.
Non transparent pricing
Changed the price last minute and I think I got more expensive tickets. Seems like a scam and I now only book directly from provider
SCAM!!
There is no ticket on the app even that I payd full price!!
