Cheap travel
Best app for travel to Europe.you can save your travel expenses.
Worst support
No support no nothing, sending emails and no one will reply to you, they mentioned refund and cancelation and which is not true, don’t recommend it to anyone. I got an email from them for a cancelation case, they said your case may take weeks or even months to resolve, I never ever heard that a simple cancelation case because a train delayed will take such a long time. I am really frustrating with the quality of service got from them.

Very bad experience,i lost my rights because of Omio . Book direct as not to loose any compensation in case of strike or weather conditions cancellation. Like what happened with me.

Zero customer service
I tried to reach out to customer service to change my ticket. No phone number, and no response to emails whatsoever. I ended up having to cancel my ticket and loosing half its value instead of a simple 15 euro fee for changing the ticket if they bothered: Book directly from the provider and avoid!!!!!!
