Wrong aparture places

The aparture places in the app is often wrong, and sends you to thw wrong station where the train/boat is NOT going from.. awful app

Good app, but inapproprite description for service

The application is good as you can get details of various trasport easily at one place.I booked a bus(Itabus) from this app and the luggage size and weight as claimed by Omio while booking is different (higher) from the one allowed as per the Bus operator. I somehow convinced them not to charge me extra as this was allowance on the app, but please check the bus operator ticket as the allowance claimed by Omio is false.

Veldig dårlig informasjon og mye dyrere enn lokale billetter

Anbefaler ikke appen da den gir deg en mye høyere pris på togbilletter enn det lokale togselskapet. Det er heller ingen informasjon om hvilken plattform toget går fra eller hva toget heter.

The sell tickets to trains that does not exist!

We were to travel from Oxford station Today on Sunday May 5th. The ticket sold by Omio were with Great Western Railways G60496 at 07:54 departure. That train does not exist and no updates from Omio before we arrived at station. Now we will have problems to connect with other trains. I would not advice to buy train tickets from this app.

Misleading

Wrong and misleading information about the train routes in Spain.

Hadde vært praktisk å kunne velge utreise tidspunkt. Og at når du har sett på en rute, å kunne gå tilbake til det stedet du har bladd ned til. I stedet for å lete fram tidspunktet du skal reise på nytt. Dette løser seg og om man kan velge tidspunkt. Ellers veldig fin app

Hvorfor stopper alt fordi dere skal ha akkurat denne tilbake melding?

Unødig å plage kunder med spam når vi har dårlig tid og skal bestille billett på denne appen.
