No transparent prices! The price is different is higher than from incognito browser, this company has lost my trust.
After weeks of trying to talk to a human, they finally gave me a 40% voucher up to $100 for my next booking. That's unacceptable. The kicker is that the voucher expires in a month! I'm back home in the States and have no plans to book any kind of bus or train trip before this voucher expires. Ridiculous. This is one of many one star reviews lately. Scroll down and you'll see. Mine is because there is no human customer service when it is needed, which for the service they provide, is 24/7. People all over the world are using Omio to pay for trains and busses and when things go wrong, there needs to be help available. If you're understaffed, hire more people. Now I just found out I won't be refunded for a transportation problem. I have finally been able to communicate with someone via email about two weeks after my initial complaint. I provided a very detailed complaint which undoubtedly entitles me to reimbursement. They now say they cannot refund me but will provide me with a voucher up to $100. It's not enough and there's really nothing I can do about it.

I used this app to book my entire European trip for the summer including planes, busses, and trains. The app is helpful in finding different transportation options and mapping out how to get from point A to point B. However, Omio is famous for increasing cost of trips compared to what the ticket costs actually are at the original vendor’s price. The app also does not show you all of the available departure times and different transportation options that are available. It also is not helpful in providing updates such as seat assignment changes and departure/ arrival changes - which I can see creating issues for people who book and plan trips months in advance but don't recieve updated tickets. Hopefully this is a bug they can fix in the future but as for now I look for updated tickets on the vendor websites because my Omio app always had outdated seat assignments/ departure times. The Customer Service team is helpful and easy to get in touch to talk to someone without long waits. In my experience, booking my trip a few months out on the Omio app showed only 4 trains leaving some cities each day, when the actual vendors showed options leaving hourly. I am not sure why Omio doesn’t have their apps updated and synced with vendors but hopefully that changes soon. Ultimately, its a great app to find out what transportation options are available to different locations but with the uncharge on prices and the lack of updated transportation options and not updating the ticket information on the app, I would say there are cheaper and smarter ways to travel without this app. Omio made my European experience more difficult than it needed to be but hopefully if they fix these issues, it can be a better app with a lot of potential in the future.
This was my first time using this App so I can only speak of this trip. Everything went flawless. My advice is for people to utilize the greyhound tool that provides you with Real Time Bus updates. Shows exactly when and and where your Bus is. Going through this app versus greyhound, saved me $80

The app will automatically select a different date than the current one when booking a ticket. And then despite claiming the ability to exchange for a different ticket with a fee it is unavailable for any day in the app (so a blatant lie on the ability to exchange tickets) and then in contacting customer service they will also neglect to help forcing you to cancel your ticket and book another one. All so they can rake in more money at the loss and panic of the customer. Last time I use this app, and I greatly encourage others to just buy their tickets at the station.
Very bad. I booked a train ticket. The train never came. Omnio refused to refund me
