Asked for a departure in Genova and gave me a journey from Livourne without warning. Be careful when booking here, as it was pre register Genova, I assumed it was where it started.
stornieren oder ändern funktioniert nicht seit tagen
durfte nun ein 2. ticket kaufen, ohne das erste stornieren zu können. weil ändern ging auch nicht. es kommt immer eine fehlermeldung, dass man es später nochmal probieren soll.
Nice app and service, but they should fix this:
It’s a nice app and useful service, but i have 2 complaints: -The prices aren’t the same as buying directly on the Omio website. It’s more expensive when buying through the app. So as much as I would like to use the app, I don’t because I would lose money. Makes the app kind of useless. -You can buy a ticket through Omio, but then can’t cancel it, even when you are in the right time frame where the ticket is refundable, the “change reservation” button is greyed out, and there is no button to actually cancel your ticket and get your refund.
Disastrous PM AM inconsistencies
Way too often Omio juggles pm for am hours. Way too many flights ended up being during night than day.
