Worst company. Don’t use it!

The refund button is not active. I write you all day long, for the fifth time! Why nobody contacts me???? Support does not answer! Charlatans! I do not recommend anyone to buy tickets with and contact with this service🙏

The worst app!!! They owe me money!!!

Don't even think to bye tickets at omio!!! If your bus will delay, they don't help you to reschedule it or make refund. Their service serve only to earn the money, not interested about their customer. I bouth ticket and bus company even not inform about delay at departure day. Bus company tell us to contact agency where ticket was purchased, Omio kicked off me to bus company, it's terrible

Complaining

Hello I bought ticket on February 13 from Berlin to Krakow. The train got broken in Berlin already. And we got paper that we have to sit to another train From Berlin to Poznan and then we have to switch to another train from Poznań to Krakow. In the paper that we got in Berlin wasn’t assign that we have some specific seats. But train conductor from the train Berlin to Poznan specified the train which we have to take in Poznan to move forward to Krakow. When we sit at this train we found out that there wasn’t any free seats. And we have to stay 5 hours at train from Poznan to Krakow. My question is how it possible. That I paid for the train from Berlin to Krakow but got 5 hours standing the train vestibule instead?

Refusal of refund

I booked trough this company a buss ticket from Poland to Ukraine the bus never showed up the the company after 1 years still refusing to handle the refund and blames the bus companies instead of sorting it out with their customer

Don’t have the right info in the ticket details

I’ve bought the ticket from Peremishel Poland to Berlin In the ticket it was the one bus without any transfers. But then I’ve come to the bus station - driver said I’ll transfer in Opole (with waiting next bus 3-4 hours and need to say this is winter time). The bus is dirty and dusty, charges don’t work.

Cheating ppl

I bought a ticket and they send me booking confirmation ! But this booking actually wrong or I don’t know what happend but on travel day and time I jus couldn’t open m ticket ! Can’t write to customers service cus my booking is not found ! But still have it in my app as actual booking!

scam

At the time of purchase they write 100% refund in case of cancelation. During cancelation they write that 0% refund. Support service sends an automatic message and after that they don't respond

No customer support

Hello. Terrible application. I bought tickets , which were refundable. Under some circumstances, I had to cancel . I asked for refund, but no answer from “help center” (customer support . I sent few requests - and nothing. Impossible to get anyone from there . There are just keeping silence

The application is good, travel to Berlin is horrible!

Please, never buy tickets to the first class!!! It’s usual places three people opposite to three people! Second class much cheaper and much more comfortable!! People without seats go to sit in this carriage restaurant (or they can sit on your place) and sit there all the time, better than those who bought expensive first class tickets. Nightmare. If you want to drink coffee, you will drink it standing in the aisle! Terrible!
