Unable to connect
After update, I can’t connect it with my phone anymore. Name frm the apps is diff with Bluetooth name appeared
Something is wrong with the battery indicator
The battery stays forever at 60% even fully charged or dried out.
Device support
Can you please add support for the HD 4.50 btnc at least the eq settings as the Captune app is not available anymore
Love the app and the headphone
It is incredible how fast it detected my device and which one it is . Great job to Sennheiser for making PXC 550 a great and one of the best headphones or even the best headphone . (In my opinion) Keep up the good work Sennheiser.
Disappointment
Despite with the latest firmware update the known draining battery issue is still existing. I really like the quality of the earpieces, however the functionality is absolutely unacceptable.
