Was on the website reading about an AI Chatbot. Created an account, which prompted me to download app. It appears to be a chat client, but I’m seeing nothing AI Chatbot related, except for a few things that loop back to the website, then loops back to the app. Not sure where to actually use AI Chatbot. Can’t adjust prompt or flows. Not intuitive. Looks clean though.
I am not throughly receiving online live, try and fix that. But very nice though

Please can I be able to block visitors? On free Tidio ? Because I tried blocking some user and I found out it only blocked them from contacting me ( while they are still active on the site )
Does anyone else struggle to get a real answer out of the support team here. I’ve installed the app but I still don’t have access to my account ,like how!? The solutions I’ve bin given can only be utilized after my account is accessed which I don’t have. The app is overall a huge headache to deal with, sorry but I gotta be honest here.
My experience has been great, their WordPress plugin works perfectly and their app is user friendly. Setup has been a breeze.
Overall the app has a great interface and I like how it looks on my website but the new chat notifications are extremely unreliable. I lights into the Tidio website only to find 3 weeks of unresponded chats in my dashboard! I have all my notifications and settings on. I actually have the new visitor notifications off but got some reason it’s the only notification that actually comes through. Not happy about this and makes our business seem unresponsive.
Was great but now force closes constantly on iPhone 14 pro
This is the most stunning chat app. The mobile app and desktop app both work wonderfully. The free plan is so generous and I have only wonderful things to say about Tidio. Every website should use this.
