I do not want to continue with my subcription. The cancel button does not work. This app is a scam!!!
Absolutely scam app
They didn't provide what they says on the website or app. No customer service at all, no response and just try to scam you. It also doesn’t provide terms and conditions before you sign up, they just want your money. According to European law there should be a 14 days cooling off period with full refunds, but you cannot see this information before you paid. DONT USE THIS APP
Impossible to cancel
Unimeal is singularly sneaky and will not permit to simply cancel my subscription, instead forcing me to freeze my subscription. Everything about this is deeply ugly, certainly not customer-centric
Awful app. Stay away
They guarantee your money back after 30 days. I used it for 60mins (awful by the way) and asked for a refund. They got back to me a WEEK later and said no refund. They have NO reason as to why I wasn’t getting it back. You will NOT get your money back, DO NOT be fooled
Robbers!!
Dreadful company. Signed up online and then downloaded app. App took another payment from my account that I never signed up to or authorised for payment, automatically took from my PayPal without my consent. The app had add ons and when clicked to look at them, it takes payments. Very bad company service, no refunds, only signed up less than an hour when contacted them. Don’t want the app, don’t want anything to do with the service, just want my double payments taken to be lawfully given back. Dreadful company, read trust pilot reviews before signing up….I’m not the first TARGET!!!
Scam alert
I was scammed by this app and charged 105 euros without my consent instead of the 25 euros they were promoting. I saw several reviews similar to my case online.
Scam
Please don’t use this app. It’s a scam. Takes charges out of your account without your permission and it’s very hard to cancel subscription. I had to get onto my bank to block charges
Do not download this app
Downloaded the app, not sure what the payment was taken for. Asked for a refund straight after, no response and no refund for the third day!
Over charged
I downloaded this app thinking it was €15.99- month , however I was charged over €70 . I have no idea how I can speak to someone about this . I did cancel it straight away but I really could do with a refund .
