There is nothing on this app you couldn’t do with your own reminders in your phone diary. The subscription process is ridiculous, they don’t refund your money (be careful outside the U.S - exchange is hexy!) even when you cancel they practically ram ‘complementary subscriptions down your throat’ and still keep you on for two months unless you email support. It’s not for the faint hearted.

I had worst experience with this app. I purchased one week plan only. And then after 3 months I noticed that some amount of money going every month when I checked i found that unimeal was deducting money every month without letting me know and without my permission. Then i try to contact them they do not have any number to call so you have to email them and then wait for several day to hear back. When i heard back they said that “ Regarding your refund request, we have specific rules and policies in place that guide our decision-making. Unfortunately, your situation does not meet the criteria for an approved refund.” Please be careful before you purchase i lost my money i dont want you to loose.

I feel this app is set up purely to trick consumers into spending ridiculous amounts of money. Firstly charging US dollars in Aus, but also the initial $6.99 charge was barely mentioned let alone the US $49.99 monthly subscription charges that are hidden in the sign up detail. No receipt or mention of ongoing payment after the initial bill where there is fine print mentioning the subscription. The app is not helpful for use in Australia given nearly no foods available to scan. When I contacted customer service there was no response despite sending emails numerous times. Don’t buy - complete waste of money and terrible service not being able to even get in touch with anyone to follow up.

I’m very happy with Unimeal. It has great meal plans and recipes and you are not deprived of anything. Based on what I’m allowed to eat it doesn’t feel like a diet. The App gives you prompts / reminders to drink water etc. I choose the fasting 16:8 plan as this works well for me. The nice thing about this plan is that it is made specifically for you. If something isn’t working for you and you mention it on App, your eating plan gets changed to help you. There are also a number of easy exercises starting from 5 minutes and then increasing for people that need an advanced workout. Unimeal is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone.

Ongoing charges that increase every month, initially found it really hard to unsubscribe (I am quite tech savvy and my husband even more so and we both struggled to unsubscribe). Managed to do it today but concerned they will keep charging me, don’t sign up whatever you do!!

Be careful with this app creator as they will continue to take funds even after cancellation. This App Developer has managed to steal from customers in a way that makes it very difficult to get your money back. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS ANS THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam... no transparency... I was charged $120 for a pdf and special features without my permission... I don't know anything about it. When I checked my bank account I came to know.. money is being taken from our bank account…. Even if I ask for my money back, they make one objection..... They refuse our refund
