من الافضل التوضيح واخبار العميل بعدم وجود لغه عربيه قبل الاشتراك رغم ان الاعلانات كانت باللغه العربيه

I subscribed, installed the app, and reviewed the meal plan they created for me. It didn’t fit my lifestyle. Within the first 24 hours, I requested a refund, but they refused it.💸 😪

This app has been a complete disappointment. I subscribed under the impression that it would cost $15, but I was charged $49 instead. To make matters worse, the app does not support Arabic, which was critical for me to use it effectively. When I requested a refund due to these issues, the customer service team was unhelpful and refused to process it, despite clear usability and pricing problems. They continuously pointed to their rigid refund policy without considering the unique circumstances. I feel misled and let down by this app. Be cautious if you’re considering subscribing, as transparency and support are clearly not their priorities.

بصوت خمس نجوم في حالة تم دعم اللغة العربيه يأخذ من وقتي للترجمه من الانجليزية إلى لغتي العربية فيما عدا ذلك أُعجبت بوضوح الرياضه والاطباق اتمنى وجود لغتي العربية بالتطبيق قريباً

They charged me 2 timed fpr 1 month subscription, and when I contacted customer service demanding for a refund they didn’t apologize and simply cancelled my subscription

The subscription was only $15, and now they’re trying to charge $40 without my consent!!!

They’re taking money without confirmation

لدي ثلاث مشاكل معهم الاول لا يدعم اللغه العربية لذلك لا يمكن الاستفاده من التطبيق الثاني لا يتم استرداد الاشتراك رغم عدم الاستفادة الثالث الدعم لا يعطي حلول منطقه اخبرهم باني لا استفيد بسبب عدم توفر اللغه و اريد استرداد الاموال يرفض و يعطيني حل ثلاث شهور مجاني هل هذه مزحه سيئه الرابع في الاعلان ذكر استرداد الاموال عند عدم الاستفادة و هم كاذبون لا يستردون الاموال و الغاء الاشتراك صعب جدا لابد من التواصل مع الدعم حتي يلغي الاشتراك …. I have three problems with them, the first is that it does not support the Arabic language, so I cannot benefit from the application. The second is that the subscription is not refunded despite not benefiting. The third is that support does not provide logical solutions. I told them that I do not benefit because the language is not available and I want a refund. They refuse and give me a free solution for three months. Is this a bad joke? The fourth is that the advertisement mentioned a refund if you do not benefit, and they are liars. They do not return the amount, and canceling the subscription is very difficult. You must contact support to cancel the subscription
