A real scam

This app is a real scammer please don’t trust them … I only subscribed for a month but they automatically charged three times more and all my money was gone… I’m a student do you think I’m a bank 😡

No response for Refund

Beware of this app. I submitted refund request after 1 day of use because found that this app does not fit my requirement. But it has been already more than 1 week and still no reply on this. What I have received were asking you why not satisfy. I think it is going to drag until the app charge you the next bill then only they will refund (hope so!).

Charging cancelled subscriptions

This app still charges cancelled subscriptions. Robs clients.

Charges without subscribing further

This app actually charges your card for the next subscription although you’ve probably subscribed for a week plan only. I was not even aware of this being automatically charged when I didn’t even subscribe further. The due for my 1 week plan was 31/5 and they charged my card on 1/6 without notice. Sent an email to the support email address and am waiting for a response. Might need to be extra careful when subscribing from apps like this as no consent is sent. At least I didn’t receive one.

Once you subscribed It is very difficult to Unsubscribe . This option I still cannot find and all replying bots do not give me reply . I am suspicious - easy money pumping

Expensive app with repetitive meal plan and charging you without notifications.

Disappointed

I downloaded this app to get a personalised meal plan and it has deducted $19.99 (MYR83) and I’m not able to view my meal plan in the app but on the website. It shows that I would need to pay another MYR87.90 to get the meal plan in the app. How can you help me to fix this help team ???

Worst app ever. Don’t ever believe the payment term. Been charging my card WEEKLY without even any invoice or info. SCAM.

The apps doesn’t give you notifications when they charge you. So they can charge you 3 more times without informing you.
