On the surface… a lovely app until you start getting billed for things you didn’t actually authorise! There are no prompts to alert you that by clicking on another feature of the app you’re going to get billed. It’s very misleading and plain robbery.
Horrific experience
I did sign up for the trial and was not happy with it so tried to cancel my subscription and deleted the app. Found out through bank statements that I had been charged multiple times and that my subscription was in fact not cancelled. I understand if I did something wrong and didn’t cancel correctly, but to not contact me when charges were coming up or going through is extremely poor. Made it painful to actually cancel as well; multiple hoop jumping and still harassed me to continue subscription !! $150 absolutely wasted that they sure weren’t going to tell me about
DO NOT PURCHASE FALSE INFORMATION
Firstly they are not 5 star rating a look at this app on apple where they cannot control what goes up!!! The carbs in the meal plans are more then I would have in a day. The exercises are basic and same even for different targeted areas. I contacted them for a refund and they refused. I gave them so much feedback from a training point of view and they just responded with a very defensive long winded rant NOT answering any of my actual points or questions. They do not respond in the time promised. They will reply to this comment as they have with others with more lies and vague responses!
awful customer service
won’t reply to email to customer service and won’t cancel my subscription
Receitas
Não consigo ver as receitas estou super desapontada querendo meu dinheiro de volta
Legal scam.
I bought a month plan and realised it wasn’t my thing and deleted the app…
When I tried to access again to unsubscribe , they had to send me a verification code that never was received.
Today I’ve been charged for another month of which I was unable to access the service.
I contacted customer service and ,despite being as calm as possible explains what happened, they simply won’t give me a refund as my issue doesn’t fall under the “money back policy”.
I honestly feel like I got scammed.
Be aware people.
Dishonest
I got this meal plan for a month. But they put me on a subscription and first month they deducted $30 and after a month they deducted $44.50 I immediately found where to cancel this, but not sure if I am successful in doing that. Felt really stupid and being a vegetarian I didn’t find a lot of variety in meal. It’s just repetitive. I didn’t open the app during the first month and now I am on my second month and hoping they won’t deduct any more money. PLEASE BE AWARE.
Buyer beware
I bought this plan online and then downloaded the App. It was not clear in any place that this is a subscription based service that automatically renews every 7 days. The App marketing is very misleading and definitely seeks to lock you in to ongoing payments. I found out how to unsubscribe but even that was not easy and took a long time to find the option. Steer clear of these people.
Rip off
No option to cancel , it’s a total waste of money
Not impressed.
Was purchased by my daughter on my phone and can’t even find how to cancel it
Not impressed with what I have seen in app.
