Not satisfied
I've had a negative experience with Unimeal. They accidentally charged me twice for my order. I contacted the about a refund, but haven't received it. I'm disappointed about this situtation.

The advertising for this app indicated a charge of $15.19 USD. However, I was actually charged $15.19 USD, $19.99 USD, and $29.96 USD. This misleading pricing is unacceptable and the app behaves like spam.

Hello, my subscription has been canceled but the $28.15, $21.40 and $42.20 withdrawn from my account have still not been refunded to my account. Even though I sent e-mails many times, I was not responded to. They just said that they canceled my subscription, but no refund was given to my account. I just called my bank and reported the fraud. Please be careful with this company!!!
Ouf! Very disappointed
After I reviewed « my personalized plan » I realized it was not personalized and did not take in consideration my food choice. My food choice was important as I have food allergies. It was not taken into consideration. Then I tried to cancel my subscription, the system takes you into a circle where it is impossible to cancel, I reached out to the support team and I have not received support to cancel and obtain a reimbursement. I am very disappointed

This app is a total fraud. I didn’t even subscribed for the app, still they charged me twice for it without my consent and now nobody is responding to the emails.
