Really disappointed with the app. After clicking a FB add the money got deducted even without giving the authorisation. Contacted the support team they only cancelled the subscription but didn’t do anything about the refund.
Do not download this app and don’t do any payment! It’s a big scam and you will end up with blocking your credit card, they keep charging you for nothing. It’s useless and waste of money!
Please do not download this app, first they will ask pay small fees and you will feel it’s a small amount let’s give a try but after couple of months you will see 99 usd charged by unimeal as they are keeping your credit card details from first transaction. I was surprised to see 99 usd charge on my credit card when i asked for a refund they refused. Scammer Stay away from it
They charged me twice, one for the subscription and another for an add on that I didn’t add … and didn’t find in the app I cancelled my subscription and they only freezed it and will recharge me again after the “free trial ” that i have payed for already
So i tried to cancel the membership, i chose an option why i want to cancel it! Then you offer me some kind of a freaking promotion and there is no button to say no!!!!!!!!!!! only button OK!!!! that you press, and after that the button cancel membership doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND YOU DONT REPLY FOR HOURS!ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????
App is not worth the money. It costs usd 60 per month and you won’t use it at all. I paid one month and never used it, then they charged me another month and refused to refund me. It is as if they are craving for $$. Those companies are not worth working with.
They collected money again although I already paid with the initial purchase And the is not to be found in the subscriptions to cancel it! They do it continuously! There is no subscription. Be aware they are thieves!
I’m writing this to report an incidence the app charged me 39.99 USD without any notification in addition nothing appears in the subscription section at all if their is any subscription i did with them even I sent them several emails they refused to refund despite I didn’t use the app at all except in the first time I downloaded it for a trial and just after a month they withdraw the amount, what a shame and a scam
Do yourself an a favour and stay away from this app, even tho i cancelled my subscription on apple account, they charged me for subscription renewal, and i tried to cancel again on their website ,they wouldnt let you do it. They give you 2 month free but no button to cancel . Horrible , and the app itself is not helpful at all, some days they dont add meal plan , or every 2-3 days same meal. I want my money back !!
Cancelled my subscription months ago but they still charging me and when I tried to access, it says I don’t have an account but still they charged me!
